Quartermaster
Welcome to the page for the Quartermaster.
They're chosen yearly by the Fleet Officers and higher.
A role behind the scenes, but an important one in keeping events going, making sure the quality of the pillages and voyages stays high. Supports crewmates in their endeavours and keeps an eye on the crew's funds.
Duties of a QM
The Quatermaster's tasks:
1.) Keep an eye on pillies, check their level of skill and offer advice if needed. If an officer is really poor at running them, the QM is allowed to put the officer back to Pirate.
2.) A QM will support big ship pillies by pointing out lazers, SL'ers and/or people that are rude.
3.) The QM will train officers and supply ships for crew events.
4.) Supports events from the crew.
5.) Reports the quality of officers back to the SO's, FM and Captain.
6.) Keeps an eye on the income and expenditure of crew coffers. Is allowed to remove poe from crew coffers to support events.
7.) Reports changes in crew coffers in the Discord channel Quartermaster-Chambers for the Senior Officers to stay up to date.
