Crew Leadership

We value hard work, and our Officers lead by example. 
The crew is divided among several ranks, but a Quartermaster and a First Mate are a special rank above the Senior Officers.

A Quartermaster is chosen by the Fleet Officers and higher, while a First Mate is chosen by the Senior Officers.
Every year, we will hold an election in which two or more candidates apply for the role. 

We're proud of the crew we're part of and are looking forward to working with you to bring further greatness to it.
