Say hello to Raffler! He's a robot designed to run a weekly lottery here in The Imperial Guild.
Whenever Raffler is online, you will be able to /pay Raffler 1000 PoE. You can enter up to 20 times, and pay in bulk (e.g. /pay Raffler 15000 for 15 entries). For every 1,000 PoE you enter, 200 PoE is taken by the crew to help fund Raffler, and other crew-based events.

My Story, Raffler
Raffler is a bot specially designed for PP announcements, and he'll do a weekly raffle.
His existence is approved by the OM's and is designed by Connah, who also keeps him going and gives him regular updates.
