First Mate
A first mate is the second in line to become captain.
Chosen by the Senior Officers in a yearly vote, the First Mate enjoys the trust of the crew and leadership.
There are several requirements for a First Mate, and a new election can be called if a First Mate becomes less active or doesn't function per the requirements.
Duties of a First Mate
Duties of a First Mate:
1.) Support the captain by actively running events or voyages for the crew.
2.) Helps with the recruitment and organisation of the crew.
3.) Keeps an eye on the quality of the crew.
4.) Stands up in times of need to put down any conflict or disagreements that might arise.
5.) Active player, voted in by the SO's.
